Today year 3 had their annual bible day. Everyone dressed up, including the teachers. The children took part in Bible based activities as part of the R.E. Curriculum. At the end of the day there was an assembly led by 3Y and rev Deb Smith.

On the 4th of January 2012, the year six children were treated to an amazing experience.  They had a surprise visit from Professor Snape Hagrid and Sprout. They enjoyed a brilliant day  with potion making, dissecting magical creatures, and putting ear muffs on when a mandrake screamed!

I would like to thank all the teachers and assistants for all their hard work in making this a very special day. The children all enjoyed Harry potter day and would love to redo the whole thing again!

The whole school went to the Allsaints Church this week for a carol service. We were all treated to a variety of performances by the choir and musicians.  The staff choir was particularly good this year and very much enjoyed by the Children. A huge thank you to all those involved for their hard work into making this service a very special occasion.

Loved by children and adults alike, this candlelit celebration is an ideal way to share the key messages of the Christian faith, while helping to raise vital funds to help vulnerable children across the country.

The time has come again for the annual Christmas Bingo and donations would be most appreciated, any Christmas related items such as crackers, chocolate, biscuits etc.

The time has come again for the annual Christmas Bingo and donations would be most appreciated, any Christmas related items such as crackers, chocolate, biscuits etc.

The Christmas Bingo will be held in the school hall on the above date. As this is always a popular event, and we are restricted on the numbers of people we are able to accommodate in the hall, we would

ask you to purchase tickets in advance from the school office. These will be available from Monday 21st November, and will cost £ 3 for adults and £1.50 for children. The tickets you are given will be swapped for a strip of Bingo tickets on the night. You will also be able to purchase additional Bingo tickets should you wish to do so.

Refreshments and cakes will be on sale during the evening.

Doors will be open from 5:30 and eyes down at 6:00p.m sharp.
